Contact
Let's find a time to talk.
Call for the quickest response, or send a message using the form below. You will hear back as soon as time allows.
You do not need to know what to call the problem, and you do not need to have it under control before you get in touch. We will meet you where you are.
Send a message

Long Island Rail Road
Locust Manor station is roughly a 12 to 18 minute walk, with service toward Jamaica and Manhattan. It is now an accessible station, which makes it the better option if stairs are a problem.
Subway
There is no subway station within reasonable walking distance. The closest practical connection is Jamaica Center at Parsons and Archer on the E, J, and Z lines, about three to four miles away. The easiest one-seat link is the Q85 or Q89 from 140th Avenue and Farmers Boulevard.
If getting here is the obstacle, say so when you call. Online sessions are available, and the Suffolk County Medford office has free parking on site.
